During 1996, Ms. Montealegre founded Web
Training & Design Solutions, when
widespread PC ownership with dial-up access and the WWW offered
much potential as a communications medium. Initially offering Web
Site design, Ms. Montealegre quickly realized the need for training
as design software appeared on the market and developed programs
for small business and fortune 50 companies. Since then, WTDS has
provided cutting-edge IT solutions for numerous and diverse national
and international corporations on the planet.

YOLANDA
MONTEALEGRE
Our Founder & CEO, has been involved in the
computer field since 1972. She is one of the web gurus
first working with the implementation of data communications technology.
Her leadership abilities and acquired knowledge from over 39 years
of experience in Internet technology, adult education, marketing,
promotions and public speaking, creates online success for WTDS
clients.
Long before the trend, Ms. Montealegre
provided instructor-led training, through
the "Train the Trainer" Program,
specifically tailored to empower corporate trainers. She
has developed eLearning Solutions for numerous and diverse international
corporations, and educational institutions on the planet.
As the daughter of an Investment
Banker, and past Economic Advisor to the Kennedy Administration;
Ms. Montealegre was raised in Washington, D.C. and

gaining an intimate knowledge of business and cross-cultural dynamics.
